Returns

Because flowers are classed as a perishable item, they cannot be returned or refunded.

However, we will do everything we can to help should there ever be any issue with your order. Please get in touch about your concern within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at hello@wearedogwood.com.

Cancellations

Cancellations of orders for fresh flowers, wreaths or other floral arrangements are eligible for a full refund up to 3 days before your date of delivery, but cannot be refunded any later.

This policy is in place to minimise waste and help us work reliably with smaller, local suppliers.

Changes, amendments or additions to your order can be made up to 3 days before your date of delivery.


Private workshops, weddings and events

Cancellations

Private workshops, weddings or events can be cancelled up to 14 days before the event and will received a refund, excluding your deposit which is non-refundable.

For cancellations made less than 14 days before the date of the event, sadly no refund is available.


Postponements

You can postpone your private workshop, wedding or event up to 14 days before the date of your event, and we will do our very best to find an alternative date that suits you, availability permitting.

Sadly you can only postpone weddings, private workshops or event once. Any further postponement will count as a cancellation and you will be charged in full.
